Does Man City have a chance of winning the EPL this season?

NO, it doesn't matter how much money Man City spends, they will not win the league this year and i doubt they will break the top 4, look at last year, how much did they spend 120 million Euros and they finished 5th, each player they sign will think they are THE player at the club. in my personal opinion they will be lucky to finish in the top 7 this year.
