Should i call this girl who i am friends with that she also has a boyfriend?

ok people i need your advice. there is this girl who i am friends with but i have plenty of feelings for her. although she has a boyfriend, she did not tell me right away and i think she haves feelings for me. we go to school together and i want to schedule my cles with her, but i need to call her in order to get in touch with her. should i call her or will it seem like i am crowding her or chasing her to much , so to speak. what should i do people call or no call?
