How is fear dispensed of from one's character?

Confidence comes with experience. Never be afraid to admit your ignorance about any and everything. You have to have some place to start. NEVER, NEVER try to bluff your way if they appear to expect the knowledge from you. If you don't know, you don't know. Don't try to run a bluff. It is experience you are after and the only way you can get is to try under some form of supervision. That way you'll have someone around who knows this is your first time and can correct you so that you learn the right way and not the 10,000 wrong way to do things.
