Why are files, created by speech recognition software, not networkable in an office?

I've been doing research on the drawbacks of speech recognition technology for an ignment. I found an article saying that, in an office setting, files are not networkable if they are created with speech recognition technology. I'm trying to verify that statement and find the source for that conclusion. I'm definately open to personal experience answers if you can also tell me why this is true (i.e: the fies are media files and too large, etc.). Please post a link if you find something I haven't yet. Thank you. Jeff
