Should i put i complaint about my doctor?

i have been to see my doctor 3 times abt the pains iv been havin, i did a urine test in march and neva gt the results or tablets for it. i have only just found out iv had an infection since march today as i did anover urine test last week iam really anoyed as he sed it shud have gone yet its still there i have seen him 2 over times since then and he never botherd to give mi my results and he also never told mi what infection it was any advice??
