Should I always have food out for my dog?

it is best to feed her the recommended amount from the dog food bag. though it is not always a good idea to leave food out all the time, a dog may act like it is still hungry even if it isn't. and allowing a dog to eat whenever can throw off daily potty routine for that specific dog. this may not help much but it is something to think about.
