Question about last few weeks of pregnancy..why are they so miserable and PAINFUL?>?

i am 34 weeks tomorrow..the whole time Ive been pregnant.. Ive felt nothing, besides a baby kicking and rolling around in there.. Now within the Week, my back, ribs, breathing my pelvic area my UPPER back, increased tiredness my appetite actually slowed down some...i don't understand it lol man, i never had morning sickness.. If i end up throwing up and getting sick.. OOO MAN! lol try and explain it to me.. THANK YOU!!
