Pregnant, brown spotting.!!! Please please help.!!?

So im about a little over 2 months pregnant, & ive had light brown/red. Spotting, like old blood, brown colored, it doesnt get in my underwear, i only see it when i wipe, its very light, but im still worried, its been that way for like 2 weeks, ive had no blood or pain. & yes im goin to the doctor, i just need opinions, also im wonderin what should my symtoms be about this time.?
