Its been almost a year since my hysterectomy and I have started experiencing the same pain all over again?

I had endometriosis that was the reason for my hysterectomy in the first place. I'm hoping it hasn't returned. The pain is in my lower pelvic area. I had an abdominal hysterectomy and still have both ovaries.
