I've concluded that i hate hormonal birth control... what does that leave?

I was second the IUD thing cuz I have one Mirena to be exact and it is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. I am like you and can't do the whole pill hormone thing. Another alternative (this would have been my next choice) is the Nuva Ring from what was I told and understand it isn't as strong as the pill when speaking of hormones and it is a once a month thing so that makes it easier. I would read up on it if you google it you can probably find alot of info on it or just ask your doctor. Good luck!
